Website Renovation

As part of the full company rebrand, myself and my team led a full website rebrand to implement the new corporate brand initiative, improve the design, brand identity, and user experience to align with the new direction of the company and promote a more honest, humanized brand through a more relevant content-oriented experience for our visitors. This project included:

  • Usability Testing

  • Competitive Analysis

  • URL and depth analysis

  • Site mapping, taxonomy, and UI kits

  • Concepting, mockups, and wireframing

  • Web design

  • Navigation, usability, and accessibility updates

  • Updates to corporate messaging and content

  • Additional areas and updated functionality and sorting

  • Ability to track additional clicks and downloads previously unavailable

In the 10 months following the update, the website experienced:

  • a 21% increase in visits

  • a 224% increase in returning visitors

  • 16% increase in page views

  • Reduced time on site due to quick navigation and accessibility

This website rebrand won the 2024 Silver Stevie Award for Achievement in Web Design from the American Business Awards.
